Perfect location in old town, nice swimming pool, super friendly stuff!!

Compressor of air-condition at balcony quite noisy, some room beside muaythai site can be noisy at night time (before 11pm).

Good location. Pool was nice. AC in rooms. It was cheap and in good location but don't expect too much.

Needs some work. Bathroom was not in great shape. Also quite noisy at night.

Great place to stay and good access to what Patong has to offer

Room was great but up 34 stairs it was clean and good service very close to everything and only 15 minutes walk to the big shopping complex

Location is as good as it gets for Chiang Mai nice pool affordable eateries all around and walking distance to many features

Poor lights in the hotel - it is not the first time in thailand, it looks it is normal to have poor lighting in the room? The toilet was very old, needs maintenance

It was right in the centre of lady boy bars and clubs so...

It was right in the centre of lady boy bars and clubs so handy if you stay up late as the music is very loud and don’t stop until 5am my friend had to move rooms as couldn’t sleep at all on the first night

The staff were friendly and always happy to help.

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. My large double room was on the new side and was very good but a friend of mine got a room on the old side and needed a lot of work to up date it, it looked tired.

Breakfast wasn't great and you can get it better and cheaper elsewhere. The WiFi was no good only go a few hundred bits and kept dropping out.

Over all good nice pool and out side space good location

Not a massive problem the stairs the light bulbs had blown so was quiet dark late at night and the bath above my room was leaking and dripping in my bathroom

Great value for money.

Great value for money. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Staff very helpful. Pool is a nice size with plenty of pool furniture.

To sound very picky, our room didn't see any sunlight and the windows were darkened but people can see in when light is on, which is a general problem with these windows. Sun disappeared from pool around 4ish.

Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very friendly. Good location and swimming pool was nice.

The first room stank of smoke and mold. There was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling and lot of mold. We asked for another room but was only available as of the next day. The second room was excellent. Next to a Thai boxing arena and sometimes very loud!

All together i enjoyed my stay there.

The location was perfect. The outside /reception area was beautiful. The room looked nice. Service was good.

The place was not clean enough. Mainly the bathroom. The bathtub and sink needs a good cleaning . There was no mosquito net on the balcony door.

This hotel has huge potential and a wonderful staff, but only if they could make some moderate corre

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely, surrounded by lounge chairs and potted palms. There is also a seating area where people can have breakfast or snacks and drinks. For a hotel, the price is good. The location is wonderful and safe, just steps from the mandatory Sunday night walking street.

This could be a fabulous hotel and they could easily double their prices, but the hot water and the WiFi are not reliable. I discovered that their was hot water, but only in the middle of the night. There was also too much demand for the available WiFi signal. I’ve stayed at guest houses for a quarter of the price with reliable WiFi and hot waiter, so I know it is possible. The rooms could also be cleaner.

The chinese restaurant is ok The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is good.

The buffet breakfast was not so good. We booked A trip to elefant santuary paying 1150bath each for 7 of us. It was not worth at all.

Clean bathrooms are important to me. And the lack of cleanliness in this one turned be off

Everything outside the room was lovely and clean. Nice pool.

The bathroom! The shower curtain was dirty on the bottom, the tub cracked and mouldy. The room needs some maintenance and it would be fine.
